The villa is for holiday accommodation only. We kindly ask you to respect the standards that apply in luxury residential areas in Curaçao. This means that any disturbance to neighbours, in any form, is not allowed.
Parties or gatherings with more people than the number of guests stated in your booking are not permitted, unless you have received written permission from the owner or the property manager in advance.
Villa Paulina always communicates and rents under a single brand name, regardless of which villa is booked. These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of $450 is required. This can be paid in cash or by credit card.
After departure and inspection of the villa, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible, provided everything is in order.
Cancellation of a reservation must always be made in writing.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
• In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to the day of arrival, 50% of the rental amount is due.
• In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to the day of arrival, in case of no-show, or early termination of the stay, 100% of the rental amount is due.
No refund will be given in case of early departure.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. If you already have annual insurance, please check whether the insured amount is sufficient.
Your stay is based on the number of guests stated in the reservation. Changes in the number of guests are not considered a cancellation. Any price difference will be settled before departure.
