Use of the villa

The villa is intended solely as a holiday residence. You are expected to respect the standards applicable to living in luxury residential areas in Curaçao. This means, among other things, that there must be no disturbance to neighbours (in any form), and no parties or other gatherings where more than the number of booked guests are present (unless you have obtained prior written permission from the landlord or their representative).

In case of doubt, please consult the landlord and/or property manager in advance.

Annulering

If you unexpectedly need to cancel, we will do our best to rent out the villa again for the same period. The following cancellation terms apply:

• If a full re-rental is successful: administration fee of €125.
• If a partial re-rental is successful: administration fee of €125 plus the total rental amount for the days that cannot be re-rented.
• IndieIf re-rental is not possible at all: the full rental amount.

If you leave earlier than the agreed departure date, no refund will be given. Changing the number of guests after your reservation does not count as a cancellation. The price difference will be settled with you before your departure. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If you already have ongoing cancellation insurance, we advise checking whether the insured amount is sufficient.
