Prices are in Euros per night including the indicated electricity use per day in kWh, based on normal usage. Additional use will be subtracted from the security deposit at the local rate which is € 0,30 per kWh (2010)

Children up to 3 years of age stay free if they sleep in the parent’s room in one of the children’s beds. Children’s beds are free. (there is 1 children’s bed and 1 crib.)

Minimal rental period is 7 nights; arrival can be any day of the week.

€12,50 for a two way transfer per person from and to the airport. (children 5 and under travel free) - Late check out option on day of departure:
We offer the option of a late check-out on the day of departure. You can stay in the villa until 19:00. This will be an additional amount of €120,- in the high season and €100,- in the low season, including the use of 30 kWh.
